Chris Moreau
Chris Moreau has served as CEO of several technology consulting firms throughout the U.S. He is also the former Chief Technology Officer of Blockbuster Entertainment and has senior IT management experience with companies such as Sara Lee Knit Products, Wachovia Bank and Milliken & Company.

Ashley Johnson
Ashley Johnson has an architectural design background, formerly working with Little and Little Associates, and later specializing in exterior and interior home design with his own company, The Johnson Group. His innovative approach to product design and technology is a constant source of inspiration for the company.

Stephen Johnson
Stephen Johnson served as Production and Creative Director at 3dm Studios producing media spots for national brands and organizations such as Coke, Pepsi, Hershey's, Harley Davidson, and many others. He specializes in 3D content creation and is a character animator at heart.

Kimberley Goudey
Kimberley Goudey has specialized in start-up and high-growth corporations, working in operations, finance, accounting and human resources. She is highly experienced in the design, development and management of comprehensive corporate accounting systems, budgeting, auditing, financial reporting, cash and risk management. Kimberley is a CPA and earned an MBA with honors and a BS in Business Management from Salisbury State University.

Ben Armour
Ben Armour brings 15 years of marketing, operations and business development experience to Kiz Toys. He has worked in the financial services, Internet and manufacturing and technology industries, launching seven software programs and four consumer products, rebranding ten product lines and three companies and participating in financing, mergers and acquisitions.

Senior Vice President of Technology and Emerging Markets
Murli Iyer
Murli Iyer brings over 23 years of management and profitable technology oversight experience to Kiz, with extensive business experience in the U.S.A., Australia, the United Kingdom, Singapore and India. Prior to joining Kiz, Murli held the position of Account Director at Patni Americas, a global provider of information technology services. He has over ten years project management experience, including managing and building SAP practices, he has served as Program Chair – SAP ASUG Special Interest Group for Service Providers. Murli has an MBA from Emory - Goizueta Business School.

Drew Allen has experience on both sides of the media aisle, working as an editor in the newspaper industry and handling media relations at Augusta State University and marketing and public relations at the Greater Augusta Sports Council.

Bryant Hinson brings over 15 years of executive management, sales and business development experience to Kiz. As a proven entrepreneur and top producer, selling into national accounts like Coca Cola, Wal-Mart, Bank of America, UPS, Toyota and General Electric, he has a proven track record for building successful organizations and accelerating revenue growth.

Mark Parrish
Mark joined the Kiz team in 2009 with extensive operational and leadership experience. He has 17 years professional experience in the franchise, food service and hospitality industry. The majority of this time was spent at Jocks & Jills Sports Grill in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he was a managing partner from 1997-2008, and served as Director of Franchise Development from 2005-2008. Mark also held senior management positions with East Side Mario's, a national restaurant group and Grace Hotel Services, which provided Food & Beverage services to select Embassy Suites hotels nationwide.

Vice President of Specialty Sales
Rex Moreau
Rex came to Kiz in 2009 with over 15 years of experience in marketing, sales and program management. He spent much of that time with ADT Security Services Inc., where he was a Residential Commercial & National Account Sales Representative. He was also co-owner of Information Management Marketing, a lead generation company based out of Lansing, Michigan which supported sales people nationwide in need of fresh contacts in specific industries. Rex also has experience as a professional landman, negotiating and drafting exploration contracts and other land related documents.

Vice President of Compliance
Sandra Gualtieri
Sandra brings a wealth of corporate governance and compliance knowledge to the Kiz management team. Most recently she acted as Corporate Compliance Manager for DataPath, Inc., in Duluth, Georgia. There she led ethics and federal contracting compliance initiatives during the defense contractor’s rapid growth. Previously she served as Operations Manager at the nanotechnology-focused venture capital firm Hansen Gray & Company, Marketing & Communications Manager/Proposal Manager at EMS Technologies, Inc. (Space & Technology Division), and Founder/Board of Directors/Executive Vice President at Horizons Technologies, Inc., in San Diego, California.
