  Kiz Toys hires Armour as VP of Strategic Partnerships to drive business relationship development

  Alpharetta, Ga. – July 1, 2008 –Ben Armour describes himself as a "Type-A personality with DNA-based relationship building skills,” and he is bringing his enthusiasm for business and networking to Kiz Toys Corporate Office in Alpharetta, Ga. Armour was recently named Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, and he will be working to identify, develop and manage relationships that will benefit all aspects of Kiz Toys’ corporate and creative structure.

  “Ben already has a vast number of relationships in Georgia, around the nation, and around the world” said Kiz Toys CEO and co-founder Chris Moreau. “He will be a driving force as Kiz Toys continues to build relationships in the business and public sectors, and his sharp business sense will keep us pointing in the right direction as we continue to grow.”

  Armour brings 15 years of marketing, operations and business development experience to his new position at Kiz Toys. He has worked in the financial services, Internet and manufacturing and technology industries, launching seven software programs and four consumer products, rebranding ten product lines and three companies and participating in financing, mergers and acquisitions.

  As a Managing Partner at B. Armour and Associates, LLC, Armour helped owners of small- to medium-sized firms analyze, plan, execute and continuously measure brand and business valuation. Prior to focusing solely on his consulting practice, Armour served as the Marketing Director for Realview TV™, was the Director of Market Development & Operations for Universal Tax Systems, Inc.®, and was an associate at Nortel Networks®, Ltd (NT), where he was tasked with expanding Nortel’s mind-share in the Optical Internet emerging growth markets on both a domestic and international level.

  Armour recently completed the Executive MBA Program at the Goizueta Business School of Emory University (Globally Ranked #6 by BusinessWeek), completed the Market Research Institute hosted by the AMA at The Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia, and holds a BS in Business from Shorter College and an AS in Business from Gainesville College & State University.
