  Iyer brings global markets and finance expertise to Kiz Toys’ top management

  Alpharetta, Georgia - November 19, 2008 – Kiz Toys’ recently strengthened its senior leadership, appointing Murli Iyer to the position of Vice President of Corporate Development. Iyer, who has extensive business experience in the U.S.A., Australia, the United Kingdom, Singapore, India, China and Japan, will aid Kiz Toys’ global expansion and develop and manage special projects.
  
  “Murli has extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of areas that are vital to the successful growth of this company,” said Kiz Toys CEO Chris Moreau. “We are a global company that is building a virtual global playground, and Murli is exactly the person who can establish our presence and viability on the world market.”
  
  Coming from a finance and technology background, Iyer brings over 22 years of management and profitable oversight experience to Kiz Toys. Recently, he held the position of Global Solutions Director/Engagement Manager at Patni Americas, Inc., a leading global provider of information technology services and business solutions.
  
  Iyer’s other recent positions include Project Management Office Director at Larsen & Toubro Limited, India's largest engineering and construction conglomerate, and Senior Delivery Project Head with Merrill Lynch. He also has management experience at RR Donnelley Financial and Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore.
  
  Iyer holds an MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School, with a focus on finance and organizational management. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Poona in India.
