  Sam E. Hunter joins Kiz Toys' Board of Directors, brings vast Wall Street experience to the Kiz Toys Boardroom.

  Cumming, Ga - Jan. 28, 2008 -- Kiz Toys is very proud to announce the appointment of Samuel E. Hunter to the company's Board of Directors.

  A past Governor of the American Stock Exchange, Mr. Hunter also served as Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange Upstairs Traders Advisory Committee.

  "We are extremely excited to have Sam Hunter coming on board and joining our Board of Directors," said Chris Moreau, co-founder and CEO of Kiz Toys. "Mr. Hunter has of wealth of Wall Street experience, and he will play a critical role in the future growth of Kiz Toys."

  During his 40-plus-year career, Mr. Hunter has served as the Vice Chairman of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, and he was Senior Vice President and Head of Worldwide Equity Trading with Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. He is also the former head of the New York Trading Desk for the Interstate Group.

  The accomplished Mr. Hunter has also held executive positions with firms such as Optimark Technologies (Senior Vice President), Ormes Capital Markets, Inc. (founder) and Invemed Associates (Managing Director). Early in his career, he was the youngest member ever elected to the Smith Barney & Co. Board of Directors.

  Mr. Hunter received his undergraduate degree in American Studies from Yale and later earned an M.B.A. from New York University.
